You are invited to book in a free 15-minute consultation call via the link in the header above. Please email me at hello@qbrandy.au if you don't see an available time that is suitable to you. Our first meeting will last for 15 minutes and it's completely free and there is no obligation to use my services afterwards.

During the initial free consultation process we will briefly discuss different options to best suit your requirements. Depending of the project, additional paid consultations may be required, the cost of which will be communicated to you prior to the project commencing.

After our initial consultation, I'll provide you with an estimate that outlines the services I'll offer, as well as a rough estimate of the materials we'll need. However, please keep in mind that the final cost may vary depending on the materials you choose. 

Once the project has been outlined I will provide you with a proposal and service agreement, which you will be required to sign in order for the project to commence.

A non-refundable initial deposit as communicated with you will be required once the proposal has been accepted and confirmed.

We'll then move on to take your measurements to ensure the correct fit and further discuss additional aspects of the project. 

A non-refundable deposit is required before work commences, the final balance is payable upon completion. Payment must be received before, or on, the day of collection.

I'll try my best to finish your order on time if you tell me about your deadline during the initial consultation.

To complete your order on time, I may need you to give me important information, approve mock-ups or pictures, come to fitting sessions, or make payments on time.

If there is a delay in providing me with any information needed, I may need to cancel your order and follow our cancellation policy or change the completion date so as to not inconvenience other Qbrandy clients.

If you have to cancel a fitting, rescheduling it might be difficult because of our other work commitments. This might affect the deadline for completing your order.

If you need urgent work, I may agree to do it, but it will cost more. I take deadlines seriously and won't accept urgent work if we're not sure we can finish it on time.

Fittings are scheduled at a time convenient to both of us. If you need to cancel a fitting, please let QBrandy know as soon as possible. Otherwise, I may need to charge for our allocated time. QBrandy will arrange another fitting, but if the client's cancellation causes delays in completing the order on time, it's not Qbrandy's fault. However, I will still try to finish the order by the agreed deadline.

It's recommended that you wear the same underwear and shoes you plan to wear with the clothes during fittings to ensure a proper fit. If you choose not to and the garment doesn't fit well, we won't be responsible. Also, if you gain or lose weight or if any other uncontrollable factor affects the fit between the final fitting and the collection of the garment, QBrandy won't be responsible for any ill-fitting clothes.

Should you not be able to attend in-person fittings, measurements must be agreed in writing and QBrandy will make the garments to the measurements provided. QBrandy takes no responsibility if the garment(s) do not fit when based on the measurements provided by the clients.

You may cancel the order, free of charge, at any time during the initial consultation process.

Once the order is confirmed and the deposit paid, the order can be cancelled before construction has started, but will incur an administration fee for the time lost and any materials already purchased. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.  

Unfortunately, you can't get your deposit back if you cancel your order.

Once we finish your order, you'll have to pay the full amount.

If you gave us any materials, we'll give them back to you (but you'll have to pay for shipping if necessary) after you pay any outstanding bills.

Unfortunately, you can't use the deposit you lost as credit for future orders.

Shipping and delivery vary based on location and the shipping method chosen. I'll provide you with an estimated delivery date and tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping.

You're welcome to take pictures for yourself during fittings. However, if you want to post them on social media, you'll need to get my permission first. I might also ask for your permission to use pictures of the garment during the construction process on my website or social media. You can always ask me not to use the pictures. When you collect the garment, I'll ask to take a picture of you wearing it for my records and to show in my portfolio. If you don't want the picture to be on my website, just let me know.

Intellectual Property: All designs, patterns, and other intellectual property created by us remain our property of Qbrandy

Liability: We will take all reasonable care to ensure that our products are of a high quality. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our products or services.

Confidentiality: We will not disclose any confidential information shared by you during consultations or throughout the production process.
